About the Practitioner
Faith Johnson (she, her, hers) is a contemplative and healing arts facilitator, herbalist, Reiki practitioner with experience working at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and owner of Full Circle Healing Arts. She is an internationally exhibiting multi-medium artist with an MFA from Tufts University specializing in collaborative and meditative art making. She has a background in interactive installation, performative art, sculpture, fiber art, and arts education. Faith is a licensed arts educator and has been facilitating creativity for over 20 years through her artistic practice and her work with communities and individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Recently she completed a four year appointment as the Arts Program Manager at the Boston Children’s Museum, and has previously managed an arts studio for adults with psychiatric disabilities, and worked in arts education in public schools, libraries, children's museums, community centers, and universities.
Faith created Full Circle Arts to bring together and share her knowledge and love of the natural world, creativity, healing arts, and the desire for individual and communal contemplative experiences that support well-being.
"Creativity and the natural world are sanctuaries where I go to connect to my inner wisdom and dream my fullest self into being.”
Sanctuary Connection Pathfinding
FCA offers contemplative creativity workshops, nature meditations, creative pathfinding courses, Reiki, herbalism, ceremonies, and combinations of each for individuals, groups, and organizations.
These creative offerings require no previous experience and include both individual and collaborative art making that is fun, contemplative, and therapeutic. Workshops and events can be created in partnership with organizations, communities, and individuals. These can be tailored to the needs of each setting whether for adults or children and families. Free consultations are available.
At Full Circle Arts we explore many creative mediums—including fiber arts, mixed media, painting, drawing, and sculpture. Workshops can include multi-sensory experiences with the addition of plant meditations that include selected teas and aromatic herbs. Each creative journey is held in the vessel of a contemplative direction and includes relaxing guided meditations or exercises. 1:1 supports of Reiki and herbalism are also available.
