We will locate and direct the desired supports through personal imagery and meditative visualization to support you wherever you are at. Symbolic imagery works on the conscious and subconscious level helping us to access support, integration, and understanding.

You will come away with the tools to integrate your visualization into your routine~

$55 - $75 (sliding scale) 45min session
